All asanas (poses) are taught in stages or kramas to enable each practitioner to work at their own pace and to respect their body's needs.

Incorporating fluid breath, gentle cues and active asanas, Bliss Flow Yoga engages each participant at their personal level of challenge. This vinyasa style of hatha yoga, is a practice that unites and finds the balance between our opposing energies.

Vinyasa yoga links poses with the breath in a flowing series that warms and energizes the body.

Hatha = Sun + Moon     
 
Yoga = Yoke or union
